Traveling last minute with kids ages 12 years to 4months

hi! We have never been to Puerto Rico and decided about an hour ago that we want to go there with our kids. We have four, aged 12 years old to four months old. Our kids are great travelers and have been to Europe many times and have spent long days hiking and walking all over so I’m not concerned about them necessarily, but having never been to a tropical island, I do want them to have a great time. We don’t necessarily do kids like activities. They usually do what we do and find enjoyment in that. We are not necessarily resort people, but would love advice on some of the best places to visit? We would love to do an Airbnb with a pool, but also be able to experience the rainforest and beaches and possibly kayaking. We will have four full days there with two days saved for travel traveling. a big thing for me is safety as well. What are some places we should avoid when looking for an Airbnb?

Is it appropriate to give this teacher a gift?

OK, long story short my daughter had an incident at school where a little boy touched her inappropriately and the school administrator, Her teacher, and the assistant principal were all amazing and handled the situation very very well. The administrator is actually an acquaintance of ours and he took it upon himself to be our daughter‘s bodyguard and walk into the class to double check on her two times a day every day. Is it OK to give him a gift card as a thank you at the end of school year? Is that allowed since he’s not a teacher and I don’t want it to seem like we are bribing him to take our daughter’s “side” in the situation, even though the little boy confessed to being inappropriate. Am I overthinking this? I already bought the gift card. I just don’t want him to feel uncomfortable.

started a new dose at 100 instead of 75 and I felt okay for a few days but 1 week in I feel awful. the worst culprit is the insomnia. my tsh was at 6.4. I remember feeling awful when my dose changed last night (a month ago, I’m breastfeeding) but I always forget if it’s normal. I feel like I’m constantly going up and down
