I’ve posted previously about this but finally after 15 days (!!!!) the ‘error’ has been sorted and I can now play.

I was a daily player and I was errored out towards the end of the plushie event and I was first in my carriage class.

I’ve missed out on

1- plushie event

2 - class reward

3 - community chests

4 - daily logins

5 - the first 2 weeks of the fairytale event

And the compensation they’d offered: 1000 dice and a purple sticker pack 🤯🤬

Has anyone had success pushing for better compensation in situations like this?

Is this normal compensation for being locked out this long?
