Taken ill during first act. Any lived experience?

UPDATE: Customer services replied. On a Sunday no less. They were incredibly helpful and understanding of the situation. Obviously no one was at fault. I had resigned myself to losing the £250. But they very kindly offered us discounted tickets to return at the end of the month. Which we will be doing. Very happy child and I've not had to wait 4-5 days for a response.

ORIGINAL POST: Took my 9 year old daughter to see Beetlejuice yesterday. She got the tickets as her birthday present, she's been bouncing off the walls all week, she has AuDHD and Beetlejuice is one of her favourites.

Unfortunately at the end of the 2nd number. We had to rush to the toilets (staff sent us to the Elaine Paige suite) where she spent the rest of act 1 vomiting. We left at the interval once the sickness calmed down (although we still had a couple of instances on the way home).

I've contacted Delfont Mackintosh customer services, box office had gone last night. Prince Edward manager was aware of the situation and has logged it.

I guess I'm just asking here to see if anyone else has ever had a similar experience and been granted a credit note to come back to the show another time? I've promised my daughter we will be going back (she was very upset), and we will. I just want to know where my hopes should be regarding a credit note, or if I'm going to take another £250 hit.

Repeat revenue, ongoing subscription yah yah yah Paramount I hear you, BUT...

... You got a lot of elder millennials who still value physical media so I'm gonna need a complete, preferably remastered 4k but I'll take a blu ray collection of the series and movies, including the .5s. With some special features thanks.

So who do I need to talk to about that? Dave England lurks here right? Dave, can you get the ball rolling?

Optoma UHZ50. Split Screen issue with HDR/HLG

Has anyone ever encountered this before?

With HRD/HLG in the Dynamic Range menu set to Auto. Any HDR, HDR10, HLG content viewed over a Fire stick (plugged directly into HDMI 1) causes a split screen effect/tear directly down the middle of the screen. As seen in image one.

I can solve the issue by turning HDR/HLG to off and the Display Mode to HDR.

BUT

Having display mode set to HDR causes any NON HDR content colours to be completely wrong.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the solution might be?
