Does this ovary look normal? *real photos of my organs please look at your own discretion*

F24 -- These are images from my recent laparoscopy for endometriosis. My dr said my right ovary (shown in the top photos) looked like that because I was ovulating or had ovulated recently, and that it was normal. The bottom photo is of a small paratubal cyst that was removed, I just thought I'd put it in there for good measure.

Idk I've looked at other laprascopic images of normal ovulating ovaries and none of them look like mine. The "normal" ones are not so starkly white or round. The "abnormal" ones look closer to what I see in the photos.

If anyone has any input it would be much appreciated.
