I just got diagnosed UCTD. I wasn’t exactly forthcoming with my rheum about my symptoms at all. I guess I just kinda gaslit myself and didn’t bring anything up except neck pain. I actually have severe pain, sun sensitivity, facial rash, hives, joint swelling, fatigue, migraine, enlarged lymph nodes, dry mouth/eyes and I feel like I’ve been in a car wreck when I wake up. I’m maxed out on NSAIDS. This is my AVISE panel. He did say that not everyone presents with the classic lupus antibodies, and that he can’t say I “don’t” have SLE. So he landed on UCTD. I was also APS triple positive and anti histone positive. Would calling back and being honest about change anything about diagnosis? He started me on HCQ
