What weight class to fight at?

I'm 75kg and around 178cm but I'm unsure of what weight class to fight at, im pretty sure there 70 and 77kg but if I fight at 70kg I'd have to cut 5kg water as I'm shredded at 75kg and as for 77kg I would have to bulk a bit other wise I'd be under sized.

Started a bulk but havent gained weight in a month

178cm 19m. I started in march at about 66kg but I've stayed around 68.7 to 70 kg since the last month. I've also been the same strength in almost all my workouts.

I eat for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs, a bulking shake that is estimated at around 600ish calories, and 2 toasts with cheese. For lunch and dinner I eat whatever my parents make.

I have financial issues which don't allow me to buy more food to eat much more so I work with whatever is home.

Routine:

MONDAY- upper

Tuesday-  Mma

Wensday-Rest

Thursday-  MMA

Friday- upper

Saturday-  legs + abs

Sunday-    Rest

Week 2

Monday-Mma

Tuesday-upper+ Abs

Wensday-mma

Thursday-rest

Friday-Upper + mma (lighter session)

Saturday - leg + abs
