Anyone has an idea on how this works? I have a family who have entered this scam trading shit. Who hasn't able to withdraw yet.

I've traced this wallet from their deposit since their so called very own riscoin wallet has no money in it. Money is sending to this address:

Anyone has an idea of any possible way to do anything? Or should they just accept the fact, mourn and move on.
