Getting Medical records from AIT
Good afternoon all, im trying to obtain my AIT and Basic training medical records. I went to Fort Jackson in 2018 and Fort Gordon in 2018-2019. The connelly health clinic on Fort Gordon doesn't answer the phone, I even had a medical office fax a medical release form, from me to them and still haven't gotten a response in 3 months. My CAC card is expired, since I've been out since 2024 so I cant log into any government websites where I used to could possibly see my medical records.
Im not super familiar with the VA website to just fill the medical records form out because every time I try to find it and fill it out online it doesn't come up.
Has anyone else had this problem with health facilities in the military and how can I fill out the medical release form from the VA website?
Any help would be great appreciated.
