Here in East Tennessee we have two outdoor venues less than 2 hours from Chattanooga & Nashville, and less than 4 hours from Asheville, Atlanta, Birmingham and several other markets.
Everyone is familiar with the farm from Bonnaroo, but my favorite is The Caverns in Pelham, TN. During Covid we enjoyed their outdoor venue for the 1st time, even if it was the dark days of “pod” seating. Many of you are also familiar with Cave Fest and other long weekend events held there. Camping on site adds to event safety, and we have a plethora of fancier accommodations for those not wanting to sleep under the stars.
What’s holding the boys back from a gathering of sorts at one of these or any other site? I had heard rumors that the Farm at Bonnaroo would be looking into smaller events scattered throughout the year.
Maybe I’m missing something on why this hasn’t happened yet, and hopefully a gathering of sorts is already in the works. Obviously, there’s way more logistics to the legwork in pulling this off, but would love some insight and thoughts.
