The worst experience with Jupiter Hospital, Thane
Such a pathetic experience with the world famous Jupiter Hospital.
I recently took appointment for one of my friend who was suffering with severe headache and giddiness since 2 days and unfortunately it was weekend. As we were trying to get appointments in multiple hospitals, we prioritized Jupiter considering the availability of doctors. She got an confirmed appointment of Dr. Deepak Aiwale in that case and she took leave because the time was 1:10PM. Suddenly the hospital postponed the appointment due to unknown reason and they scheduled it for 3:40 PM. Anyway till this time it was fine because somehow she managed to visit the hospital. But when she reached she got to know that the doctor is not available on time. She had to wait more than 1:30 hours just to consult that unprofessional and irresponsible doctor (specially Neurologist). We literally had to fight regarding all of this and one more important thing was the hospital staff was completely aware about the doctors behavior and still they took the entire fees in advance making the situation like a real rush. We definitely need to improvise the medical industry in India.
