Starting a PhD at IU this fall and looking for apartment recommendations around Bloomington.
Main things I care about:

quiet environment (probably my top priority)
lots of greenery / nature views
safe area
good parking
in-unit washer/dryer
1B1B preferred
ideally top floor / not facing a busy road
within ~20 min drive to campus

I’ll have a car so doesn’t need to be walkable to campus. East side or south side seems interesting so far but open to suggestions.

Would really appreciate recommendations or places to avoid.
