Check my Previous post for context) they fully refunded me (including the shipping!) and let me keep the plush I got, I will reorder once the refund processes but I'm so happy and honestly it's made my week.

My mum loves the Altaria and is making me keep it in the family room but Umbreon will live on my desk.

My advice for others who may deal with this, I sent a support email and waited for a response, I got impatient and sent another message this morning mentioning calling my bank and they got back to me pretty fast! So I think if you mention calling your bank they will act faster :P
