I applied to an internship for Rep. Simon (CA-12), both DC and district offices. Admittedly applied close to the deadline, so thats my bad, but it's been a month and I've heard nothing. I figured I'd get a basic email rejecting me at the very least, not just ghosting me. Has anyone heard back from this rep for summer 2026? Is this common/are people ghosted by reps frequently? Or should I hold on to some sliver of hope and wait to commit to another job?
