He does have pretty bad gums, he has a loose tooth which is why I brought him in. I really just need to know if the tooth will fall out on its own, but I brought him in to get it checked out and for them to remove it, but they gave me this quote of $900 of what he would need to have done. He’s super healthy other than the fact that his gums are bad and his teeth have a lot of plaque. He’s had to have teeth extracted in the past due to his gums, but nothing else that the vet has told me. Is there anything on this list that he wouldn’t necessarily need to get/vice versa?
He has had a recent blood panel and everything came back normal. Does he have to go under anesthesia for the teeth cleaning? It’s just a small front tooth, not his canine. Will it be OK if it just falls out on its own?
They gave me Clindamycin at the appointment today, to help him prior to scheduling the appointment to get his tooth removed
