Misinformation or different opinions??

I’ve been casually lifting for years (lightly in high school, took it more serious post-covid, currently getting back into it) and I’ve never quite understood the mechanics of deadlift. I used sumo stance years ago for single lifts, but currently while doing sets I use traditional stance. When I deadlift, I always almost feel it in my lower back and don’t feel any spine or neck tension so I assumed I always do it somewhat-correctly, but Tiktok has a lot of gym tutorials that say feeling it in your lower back isn’t supposed to happen, as it should be mainly in your glutes and legs. I don’t know what info to believe in now so can some fitness people chime in if this is misinformation or ppl just have different views on deadlifts cause Im so confused.

not sure what steps to take here

so i was scrolling through my LinkedIn and i tried clicking my connections tab to see my network, and i was randomly logged out of the app. i tried logging back in multiple times with the captcha but for some reason every request didnt work and they asked me to verify using ny gov ID. im a bit skeptical about doing the verification so i havent, but 20 mins or so after i tried getting back in, i checked my email and there was a pin request to login. i scrolled to the bottom and a completely different location is the origin for the request. i still cant login to my account without id verification, but would it be safe at this point to use my id to verify with linkedin?
