Severely Constipated

I’ve been experiencing constipation - specifically one tiny bowel movement a day that appear like little hard stones and very dark in colour for probably nearly a year now.

I’ve tried PHGG, laxatives, probiotics, probiotic rich food, lots of pears, prunes, daily green tea, etc.

My bowel movements also take a lot of time, straining, and feel incomplete.

The only thing that seems to make me go to the bathroom is a very fatty meal but that also causes stomach pain and historically it caused explosive diarrhea. Does anyone have any tips for me? I’m quite thin but bloated probably due to being chronically backed up.

I already significantly limit gluten, sugar and dairy.

Is corn bad for gut biodiversity? I heard bean salads are good but if it had corn in it would that alter its effectiveness? I hear such mixed things about food. Like I’ve tried to cut out gluten but incorporating Italian 00 flour baked goods and organic sourdough has helped me regain 10 of the 35+ lbs I lost after I had a horrible reaction to antibiotics and it ripped up my guts and destroyed my microbiome.
