I am 2026 graduate, ecfmg certified. I was planning to apply to match cycle this year but unfortunately my visa was rejected. I am unable to find a timely interview date again, and since only a month has left in eras submission. I seek guidance and suggestions on applying with Pakistani LoRs only to limited number of programs.
I am confused whether should I apply this year or not?
I do not have any letter of recommendation so far. If anyone has any leads on teleportations or any observerships in Pakistan under MDs who can accommodate me at urgent basis, I will really appreciate the guidance.

I am non US IMG, graduated this year 2026. passed step1, step 2 256 score, ecfmg certified.
1 publication, 1 under review. visa rejected once, no us clinical experience as of now. unable to get a timely interview date for visa again.
need genuine advice should I not waste a year and apply this cycle, without usce but maybe with LORs from board certified doctors here in Pakistan. Or wait and do step 3 and usce and apply next year ( if visa approved).
would really appreciate some genuine advice.

Anyone you know whose b1b2 was rejected under 214b section, reapplied within a month and got accepted? please its urgent.
context; my was rejected on the basis of observership, officer kept typing on computer after seeing the letter and he rejected it. I want to reapply with a more authentic and stronger letter.

My b1b2 visa was rejected today at isb under 214b, and I was not told any reason for that. However one thing that I found quite odd was vo constantly staring at my invitation letters and typed something on computer for about 12-15 minutes.
well I am in dire need of an observership and visa invitation letter in order to reapply before this match cycle.
