How do you handle supplier remittance advices in Xero?

I'm researching how bookkeepers handle supplier remittance advices in Xero, and I'm not selling anything. When you pay supplier bills: Do you send remittance advices by hand, or not at all? Roughly how many a month, across all your clients? If one went out automatically once a bill was paid and matched, would you pay for that? What would feel fair per month? Would you rather have one flat price for your whole practice, or a price per client file? Which country are you in (NZ, AU, UK or elsewhere)? "I wouldn't bother" is a useful answer too. Thanks!

Would a weekly "something quietly didn't go out" check across your Xero client files be worth paying for?

For anyone looking after lots of Xero files: if something quietly goes wrong, like a repeating invoice stuck in Draft or not sent, a supplier's bank details getting changed, or an invoice approved but never sent, how do you find out today?

Would one automatic weekly email listing those across all your clients actually be worth paying for? If so, roughly what per month feels fair? Or is it already solved some other way?

Not selling anything. Just trying to work out if this is a real pain or not.

Bookkeepers with lots of client files: how do you check repeating invoices actually went out each month?

If you look after Xero files for many clients, what's your process to make sure every repeating invoice went out when it should? Do you check each month, rely on Xero, or only find out when a client chases? And has one ever quietly failed on you? Keen to hear what works.

Has a repeating invoice in Xero ever silently stopped going out?

Has a repeating invoice ever stopped going out, or turned back into a Draft, with no warning? And you only found out later from a client or at month-end? Curious how often this really happens and how you catch it now. What happened, and how did you find out?
