I am a second year neuroscience major, and I currently have a 3.64 cGPA, but this semester I'm getting near all B's, and its going to drop to around a 3.54 cGPA. I have some shadowing experience, going to work as a medical scribe, and getting research opportunities. I plan to get more experience in volunteering and clinical in the time of my junior year and summer. I haven't taken my MCAT yet, but I am aiming for a 517+ on it. The thing is, I had a little upward trend since my freshman year, but this semester might ruin it. I go to a high rigor technical and engineering university, so does this get taken into account with admissions? I really want to get into med school without doing a post-bac, what should I do?
