Hello! For anyone that uses Headway, I have a question. Can I see a client who has insurance as private pay while I am waiting to be credentialed with their insurance? The client would like to continue seeing me and I am moving into PP at the end of this month. I am in the process of getting credentialed with United, but am on the waitlist and the client is willing to do private pay with me until I am in-network.

Any insight would be helpful! I can't seem to find a clear answer on Headway. Thanks in advance!
