How many people who got put on the waitlist for the upcoming school year took themselves off/found off campus housing?

How many people who were on the waitlist received an offer thus far?

If I am a rising senior who has a commuter status, am I screwed?

What's the best way I can ensure that I receive on campus housing? I already submitted a CSD form for housing, and got denied because they didn't see my disability as a significant factor for needing on campus housing.
