Was just wondering if there's ever been a case of 2 people who may have got married but not necessarily cared for each other.
The idea in my head is 2 people that are chasing financial goals, maxing investments accounts, buying assets etc., so they just agreed to get married and chase it together. They don't need to love each other, maybe not even like each other but just chasing the cash in tandem.

Also, does anyone know if there actually are any super beneficial aspects to the situation described that would even make it worth the effort.

Edit: this is not for me, Purely a hypothetical i came up with when thinking about investments
