Hello everyone

I recently found that few of cc charge 1%+ fee on bill payment above 50k.

I am expecting to do a huge payment of 7L for applying a plot in govt development scheme (showing bill payment in one card, but most likely govt payment)

I have cards from almost all the banks, can anyone help to tell which is safest and have any rewards?
