My mind does regular wanders and earlier it went to "how does a therapist maintains confidentiality if they develop dementia". Obviously, if it got to that point they wouldn't be practicing but they'd still have all their client stories in their mind. What if a therapist just comes out with something and gives away a major historical secret?
