Struggling

I am really struggling. I've been thinking about maybe doing a "cleanse" and only eating fruit, vegetables, beans, rice... no bread or pasta for a few weeks. I really need to detox from fast food (highly addicted to it and it puts me in a fog when I don't have it) and figured I should probably throw my other crutches in there as well aka bread, chips, and pasta and eliminate them as well.

I'm thinking...

Breakfast: tofu hash, oatmeal, acai bowls or yogurt & granola

Lunch: throwing a bunch of veggies together with some beans, rice, tofu, etc to make like a buddha type bowl and experimenting with different sauces to go on top. I have 1 sauce that I love that I think would work for this but worried about getting sick of it so I need others as well. Plus I worry about how basic that might be and need other lunch ideas.

Dinner: I have no clue except for mashed potatoes and gravy. I feel like most of what I eat for dinner has either pasta, chips, tortillas, or a bun. Taking suggestions!

Idk. I just need to change and don't know how to do it. Suggestions appreciated.

Acting weird

Our German Shepherd is 8 years old and has been mostly an indoor dog. She has always just wanted to be wherever we are and didn't want to be outside unless we were with her. Lately my son has been outside in his shop a lot working and she has been outside for most of the day. She intently listens for any possible indication that he might be going out the door and will either follow him or stay close to the door so she doesn't miss out. It's to the point where she will just dart when the door opens rather than wait to ask for permission. She never cared before. There are bunnies under the pool steps (we see babies) and she has been chasing them. She is acting crazy over then like she does with this red pointer lasers that we cannot have anywhere around her otherwise she acts like she's lost her mind.

I'm not sure what to do as it doesn't seem like normal behavior with how much she is freaking out over it even when she goes back inside. Thoughts?

How do you increase shelf life of your microgreens?

I use moisture absorbers but my salad mix and broccoli are still really wet after a few days. Im wondering if I should use clamshells with holes? Or maybe not water the morning before harvest? What do you do?

It seems as if my racks might be too close together? My microgreens are getting burned and I've been having to experiment with which lights are on when. It is super annoying and I worry about how much growth I will lose. It seems like everyone has similar spacing to this, no?

These are the lights I have from Amazon. I had no issues with one rack so it can't be the spacing between the plant and the light.

Everything was going perfectly fine when I was growing 1 rack. Then I increased racks and my humidity increased so I threw a dehumidifier in the room with the fan. Dehumidifier is set to 60% and I have it running overnight, but the fan is turned off. I'm stressing about how awful these look and I have a sampling event that is kind of a big deal happening next weekend. 😞 What am I doing wrong?
