Is there a fixed date for the new summons yet? I thought the LR Goku was included. I had seen all kinds of things about it on Facebook

How do I get the other Goku without pulling him via summon? I am doing the quest with the new Goku at max. Surely I don't have to get the other Goku first and then do the quest.
