They were completely silent for 2 weeks, then finally emailed me asking me to send them my CHSI degree report.

I paid $120 for a verification service, and now it feels like I’m doing the legwork myself by being asked to access an online system and provide documents they’re supposed to verify.

Is this really the kind of third party service universities use to verify incoming students?

I expected a smoother and more professional process, especially for the fee being charged.
