So i been in a pain all day I finally made it home and placed a warm water bottle in between my breast soon as i put it on there i felt a pop/ crack it actually felt good im not sure if thats a good or bad thing

So I have a uti , ive been sneezing all morning throwing up and back pain my costo is hurting so bad mainly in my upper black down the middle & in between my breast

Do anyone still have pain even during the summer time basically warm weather?
