Just catching up on the latest season and I’m wondering what everyone’s general thoughts are - team Kyle or team Dorit?!

I’ve been a big Kyle fan for the previous seasons but now I am seeing a horrible side to her! She’s been such a terrible friend to Dorit and now I’m wondering if she has always been terrible and maybe I just haven’t seen it until now?!

Hi all - my partner and I are in the process of purchasing a house and we need to sort a deed of trust. We are both putting in different amounts of deposit and will also be contributing unequally to monthly mortgage repayments, so I think it will be more of a complex deed rather than a simple one, just to say that we both leave with what we put in if anything happens.

We wanted to stick with the same solicitors that are doing everything else house-related for us, but they have quoted us £800 for the deed and have also said we would need to get a second lawyer on top of this because she can't represent us both due to the conflict of interest. Factoring in a second lawyer, it's looking like it's going to be around the £1.5k mark, which seems extortionate just for the deed.

Does anyone know of any affordable lawyers in London who you would recommend for doing a deed of trust? Assume we'd need two lawyers (ideally within the same company) as well - one for me and one for my partner. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
