Trying to build an internal intranet page for my company. We have generic accounts that aren’t licensed but are in entra, that can’t access the intranet page without requiring a 2fa setup. If I give it a phone number and go through the 2fa hoops, they can login. I’ve tried to setup conditional access so that the generic accounts can bypass 2fa but it’s not cooperating. Any help would be appreciated
