This can get quite ​a bit more grotesque looking, but when it happens I'm too stressed out to take a picture.

It happens when I get too warm, it also worsens when I'm reacting allergically​. I know both those things are ​vasodilators, but the degree to which this happens and the way it looks worries me.

The vein on the right inner ankle seems to always be dilated regardless of temperature.

There is some pain associated with this when it initially happens, but it mostly turns into a feeling of extreme discomfort, like my feet are going to pop.
