I have developed a hard, internal lump under the skin on ernum, accompanied by a visible Lump right next to I. uid not have this previously. Due to severe anxiety, I developed a habit of intensely pressing, digging, and picking deep into this exact spot on my chest with my fingernails. I did this repeatedly over a period of time. I have completely stopped the habit now, but the hard internal lump remains. It is not on the skin surface; it is strictly internal. It feels anchored deep down but has a very slight mobility.
