Is it possible to lower blood pressure and amount of BP medicine by adding beet root ?
Male 65 148 pounds, wondering if it's possible to lower your blood with beet root to reduce the amount of blood pressure medicine I am taking (50 Mg losartan 1 x day and 60 Mg Nifedipine 1 x day). When I take beet root with current BP medicine it lowers my blood pressure too low 90s/58 (usually 130s / 80s). Feel better taking beet root more energy and focus. Thank you
