Kantamus Question
Hey everyone. I have a question I want to ask you all, especially those who own a Kantamus series backpack.
I've bought quite a few products from Savotta, and last month I got a Kantamus 40L backpack, but recently I noticed a problem.
The backpack seems to have some regular "holes." The first one I found was inside the hydration bladder compartment, where there are two small holes on the straps on the left and right sides.
The second spot is at the opening where the hydration tube comes out, and next to the two openings there are also similar "damage" marks.
Although they're just small holes, the first spot has a waterproof coating, and the second spot is on the Cordura material surface. I'm not worried about waterproofing, I just don't understand where these holes came from. I haven't gotten a reply from Savotta via email yet.
So I want to ask you all, could those of you with the Kantamus 40L check your backpacks for me? Do you have the same issue in these two places as mine?
