Can you prove square root?
me and 2 of my buddies were bored as hell in a pshe lesson and i randomly thought how the hell does square rooting even work:
like i know. its just /*x = y X y
but whats the method for finding y without using trial and error?
my math teacher said he couldn‘t even figure it out we are kinda stumped. is this something you learn in A-levels or is it a uni topic? i dont know. what i do know is that its really bugging me that i dont know so yeah.
