I made a cheat sheet for couples who keep having the same argument over and over — would love feedback
My partner and I went through a phase where we'd have the exact same fight, resolve nothing, and repeat it two weeks later. It was exhausting.
The majority of the materials are either therapy-level deep or merely "communicate better" advice that doesn't help when you're already nervous, so I couldn't find anything useful to apply right now.
I have created a straightforward cheat sheet that you may use in the middle of a conversation to defuse tension, lessen defensiveness, and decide on a genuine next course of action that you both agree with. Not a course. It is not a workbook. Just a clear, concise reference manual.
I packaged it up and listed it for $19 on Whop.
I would sincerely appreciate any input on the concept, the placement, or whether you would find this helpful.
