Where are my records?
Hey there,
As the Title suggests. I see no records...
Im going through the IDES process for medical retirement.
My PEBLO told me my "paperwork" is 2000pages+ and is at the PEB and given to the VA for percentages/ratings. This was after i had legal scrub it.
When i login to my Va.gov (there may be a different site?) to check if there has been any changes or updates.
When i go to My VA it shows a compensation claim received: May 11, 2026 and when i click review details, it says We closed your claim on May 11th, 2026. When i click to view my claim letters it shows that documents were received by the VA March 2026 just 2 VA forms.
Im wondering if im just not going to the right page or what honestly... Still new to all of this.
The only thing i can think of is my paperwork is associated with a different account on VA.gov or something of the sort. Anyone experienced this?
I do have all my paperwork. every appointment, every note, literally everything. I was just told everything is being handled by the Army and the VA through this IDES process and its been going relatively quick honestly.
