Jerk glazed pork belly burnt ends and Korean Galbi short ribs
I whipped up two of my favourite bbq snacks today on the Weber MT. I smoked the burnt ends for about 5 hours using the snake method, with some hickory chunks, then glazed them with a sticky jerk sauce and moved them aside while adding some more charcoal to the remaining snake and creating a nice bed of coals to grill the marinated short ribs. Served it all up with some basmati rice, chili crisp and garlic stir fried broccoli. It went down a treat.
