So I ordered a cable for my GK Kuntens (ND-D6, 4 core, black, Type-C with mic, QDC connectors) from Concept Kart, and it came just the other day. I just picked it up and it has a static hiss, a noise floor only in the left side. I messed around in Windows settings and everything so it's most likely a defect in the cable. It's type C so I can't even use a dac lol. And I didn't take a video of the unboxing (Stupid I know) so I can't get it replaced.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Right now I turning the volume way high to tune it out
