Building company in Queenstown
I follow this group alot and I am visiting Saigon to discuss with a mass timber and sip panel manufacturer. I run a building company in Queenstown NZ and Sydney OZ, the trouble is im a carpenter by trade so I struggle with the design work. I studied Law so Ive worked in "white collar" roles before, but it feels like theres such a disconnect between the cluents we have and the design. Its very difficult for a small company to work with great design, but I respect the architecture "trade" immensely.
I wonder if anyone would be interested in talking with us about design, mass timber residential for the nz and Oz market, sourcing materials, kitchens etc from Vietnam. I want to broaden my network and build sustainably and affordable but they are so difficult to marry up. Vietnam for affordable and millionaires for sustainable?
