It's been one year since we bought a house with a baseball field. See what we've done!
Freehan Field was built in 1972 by a local waterford cop and named for Detroit Tigers catcher Bill Freehan. He threw the first pitch on opening day in 1976. We are the 4th family to live in the house that was later built on the property. When we bought it, it hadn't been used as a baseball field in 8 years.
