Why is the DF currently obsessed with the Equitation School?

Why is the DF currently obsessed with the Equitation School? Everywhere i look i see DF mentioning it. Wither its social media, connect app and now the latest An Cosantóir everywhere, is it an attempt to try get more women to join or am I missing something?

How to wear the Norwegian?

Stupid question I know. I recently got this Norwegian, I was told it'll come in handy for my 2 star - 3 star training which is set to happen over winter. Does it go under the shirt? Is it just field kit or can it be worn in the barracks? Does it go over the t shirt or does it replace the t shirt?
