Rila Kakao 70% Chiang Mai

Just finished this lovely 70% from Chiang Mai by Rila Kakao. It’s probably my favourite of theirs (together with their 70% Chantaburi)

It’s very complex, you get a lot of acidity from fermentation, plus fruity notes to start with. I melted some with milk and salt to turn it into chocolate sauce to pour on top of vanilla ice cream, absolutely delicious.

It only happens when the Cavs score, not their opponents. And it moves sides after half-time.

Genuinely intrigued what is going on here, can anyone shed some, aehm... light on this please?

What AS Monaco has been offering lately in the French league is beyond parody. Elie Okobo boycotted the game, so they only played with 5 pros (the rest espoirs) and one of those 5 got ejected early on.
