Hi everyone! I’ve been meditating for a while now using the gateway tapes and I’ve been trying to have an OBE for some time.

Today during a session I felt something strange,
which I don’t know exactly how to describe as it was so quick: I felt my head starting to fall and IMMEDIATELY after a quick loud “zzzzz” buzzing sensation at the back of my head, almost like old TV static. It was so quick, intense and strange that it startled me awake, the excitement kicked in and everything was back to normal.

I never experienced an OBE nor visions or anything like that. Did someone experienced something similar? What was that??
