I don’t know what to ask for help with anymore. I’ve been referred many times, sometimes even by senior staff ML engineers. They’ve even sent my profile directly to their recruiting teams, but still nothing is working.

Referrals aren’t working. Senior staff reaching out to recruiting teams isn’t working. So what am I supposed to do now?

I honestly have no clue. I’m feeling hopeless at this point. Please help if there’s actually something you can do. I’d be very grateful.
