Remote Support Technician – Level 2
We are hiring a Remote Support Technician to provide Level 2 after-hours support for US-based clients from 8 PM to 7 AM IST. This role may include weekend and holiday on-call shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to US-based customers
- Monitor support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
- Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions
- Support basic Microsoft 365 administration, including users, licensing, Intune, and Azure.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of technical support experience, preferably with an MSP
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple channels
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, N-able N-central RMM, and IT Glue preferred
