Hi everyone!

I need help regarding traveling to Germany from India. My visa application was previously refused due to concerns about whether I would return to India, even though I submitted a leave letter from my company. I don't have travel history.

I’m applying again after 10 months. My friend will provide a Declaration of Commitment. Could anyone please advise

1. Whether it is mandatory to submit income tax returns (ITR)? because I Don't fall under ITR New regime. Also, what supporting documents can I submit to strengthen my case and show my intention to return to India?

2)Additionally, since all my property documents are in my father’s name, how should I handle that?

3)One more question: my first application was for a tourist visa, and now I plan to apply under a “visit” visa. Would changing the visa type make any difference?

4. How should my cover letter should be defined clearly ? Please let me know what the points to be involved in the cover letter
