i had some doubts regarding the NLAT exam for NMIMS and was hoping someone here could help If someone has already given Phase 1 of NLAT, can they apply or appear for Phase 2 if they don’t get selected in Phase 1?

Is Phase 2 only for fresh applicants or can Phase 1 candidates also register again?And I had not retaken even one, so why not retake it of phase 1 or should I fill a new application form??
