so my grandmother filed f3 for my mother in 1997 , i aged out by the time, in 2020 my mother filed i130 for me which is still pending. am in Indian born , wondering how to submit an expedite request, cause my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

no clue how to go about this.

any advice or suggestions are appreciated.
