New Hire Question
I just finished my first week at my DS and it’s not too bad. At first it was a lot, but by the end of the week I felt alright with everything, just need to let my body adjust to the night shift and all these damn steps I’m doing lol. Anyways my question is in regard to picking up shifts. At my station they pretty regularly have shifts up for grabs, unfortunately the ones posted for my shift they are taken up faster than you can open the app, but they usually have openings for PFSD which I don’t mind picking up but I have no idea what it is. All I’ve done so far is stow and pick and stage. So my question is what is PFSD? Can I pick up those shifts considering I’ve only been there a week? Do I need any extra training to work PFSD? Any help/information is greatly appreciated.
